Sunday Slump

Breakfast:
1 bowl corn pops w/ skim milk (200 calories)

Lunch:
Dannon lite yogurt (100 calories)
carrots and dip
colby cheese stick
handful of reduced fat ruffles
lemonade vitawater (50 calories per serving)

Dinner:
2 small chicken breasts - caribbean style seasoned
white rice
1 piece corn on the cob
lemonade vitawater (the rest of the bottle)

Estimated calories: 1,100
Calories burned: None, except a little housework (like vacuuming)

Lesson: Not a bad day for sitting home all day when I could have been snacking...
Back to the gym tomorrow I hope!
