And Now...

...Back to our regularly scheduled program...

Today I did so-so on the diet and exercise...but my God I need to do something...

1 meal today
Cracker Barrel

House salad w/ honey mustard dressing
Chicken fried chicken with gravy & mashed potatoes
Hasbrown Casserole
Baked apples

a few cherry licorice straws (strands? what do you call them?)
3 Andes mints

Exercise:
200 calories on elliptical

Sigh...back to the grind...I hope...

You should start mixing in some weight training so that you can burn more calories when you're doing nothing.
